Booking An appointment

Please be aware the new Omicron variant signs and symptoms are very much like a cold and I am asking you all to be vigilant, as I work with  many vulnerable clients as well as sports enthusiasts and people who may  not fare very well to catching this virus (or a cough or cold!). 

I will also not be able to  work so please test and be vigilant.

Please cancel and re arrange if you are ill including not just Covid symptoms but a cold or cough or infection of any sort.

Let's help everyone keep healthy and able to come and get their treatments from me please.

If  possible I am asking clients to shower before appointments and to take a  Lateral Flow Test. If you are currently waiting for PCR test results  please wait until your negative result before booking.

Please arrive at your appointment time so you are not waiting in the reception area for too long, I will meet you at your appointment time at my door (there is seats in the waiting area if you need).

There are no  couch covers anymore so please bring a large towel to cover the couch and either wear shorts or bring another towel to cover you during treatments. This is for your own comfort.

I will text you the day before to confirm you are Covid, cough and cold symptom free and your appointment time.

Any questions just text me and I will get back to you. (Text is best as I cannot have my phone on when I am working).

The  appointment cost is £50 payable by bank transfer if you use online  banking or cash. I can give you my bank details on the day. 

The  appointment will be for 45 to 50 minutes.
