HIP WALKS
The sound on this video is not very good, sorry but this is just a reminder on how to do your hip walks.
Quad Self Massage
If you haven't got a self massage machine or someone to help massage your legs and you get tight quads and IT bands try this...
Leg Rollering
Been doing extra weight lifting or cycling and running up steep hills...give your legs a little help...
Upper Back Rollering
Keep that upper back happy if you are working on a computer, using a telephone too much or are a cyclist...all good examples of people who round their backs
