Karen's Back to Work Strategy

In order to minimise the risk of infection, please note that I am taking the following action.

I would appreciate everyone’s co-operation in playing their part so I can continue to provide a safe environment for all clients and other staff at Activ Physio.

• I will contact you prior to your appointment either by telephone or text to chat through your request for treatment to make sure what I can offer is suitable.
• There is some pre first appointment info I require to help reduce form filling time during your first appointment, I will text or email this to you
• Please bring a large bath towel to cover the couch as I am no longer using couch covers (this is just for your comfort as the couch is vinyl for ease of cleaning) plus a smaller one to cover you during treatment.
• Please turn up at your appointment time not before, to minimise time spent in the waiting room. Please use the hand sanitiser provided at the door.
• I will wash my hands between clients (although this is usual practice).
• I am no longer using couch covers or towels in the treatment rooms so please wear sports shorts as I cannot cover underwear anymore.
• The treatment couches will be cleaned with a disinfectant solution and wiped dry with paper towels after every client
• Surfaces will be regularly cleaned throughout the day. 
• If you cannot make your appointment please give as much notice as you can so I can fill the slot with another client, but if for health reasons please cancel right up until you walk out your front door!!! Be polite and let me know.
• If you are still wanting me to wear a mask, let me know and I will.

This list is not exhaustive, but we hope it will reassure everyone that we are taking precautions to minimise the risk of infection for everyone.
